Payment Options

• Credit Card  -  We accept Visa, Mastercard and AMEX which are processed through our secure processing portal with Limepay.
• Split payments (instalments)  -  You can split your payment into four equal fortnightly instalments with no interest.  You must be over 18, have a valid debit or credit card and be capable of entering into a legally binding contract.  For complete terms and conditions visit www.limepay.com/terms-and-conditions
• Paypal  -  Payments can be processed by logging in to your Paypal account directly from our website.  You agree to comply with all the terms and conditions of the legal agreement with Paypal.

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and your credit card will be billed in Australian dollars.   If payment is made using an overseas credit card, your credit card provider will convert the amount into your local currency at the current exchange rate plus add any applicable fees or charges.

Returns & Exchanges

We are sure that you will love your purchase from Potted however if you do change your mind we will exchange it for another item of equal value. It must be returned back to us at your cost in original condition with all packaging and labels intact, along with proof of purchase (receipt) within 10 days of purchase.

Please note that we do not offer refunds if you have changed your mind.

We can not exchange the following:
- Sale items
- Items not in original condition or packaging
- Items returned to store 10 days after original purchase

If there is a fault with your item then please contact us at shop@potted.com.au as soon as you discover the fault but no later than 10 days after delivery so that we may assess the situation.

Once we have assessed the situation we will repair, replace or refund the item, at our discretion as per the Consumer Guarantees Act.  Please do not return an item to us unless you have discussed with us first by either email or phone.

Shipping

We charge a flat rate of $15 for shipment anywhere in Australia for orders under $150.   Orders anywhere within Australia over $150 are shipped FREIGHT FREE unless they are made up of a bulky item such as a rattan plant stand which will be charged at a flat fee of $40.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us, so we guarantee that your personal information will not be shared with any third parties If you send us an e-mail we will store your e-mail address and the contents of the e-mail.

This information will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it. When we offer contests and promotions, customers who choose to enter are asked to provide personal information. This information may then her used to notify the winners, or to fulfil promotional obligations.

No credit card details are stored by us or any of our associates.
